Well I don’t quite know what to say about myself but here it goes. I’m 28 years old and have a beautiful wife of 5 years and two sons (Jake 2.5 and Luke 6 months). God has called me to serve Him fulltime and I’m finding out that can mean many different things. Currently I am serving at Humble Area’s First Baptist Church as Interim Worship Pastor. I think the “Western” church as a whole has missed the mark when it comes to community and truly living the sacrificial life that Christ calls us all to live (myself included). I am starting this blog primarily for myself, to have a place to express my thoughts. Hopefully this process will help bring clarity to what I feel God is teaching me and calling me to do. I’m tired of living a bored, spoiled American life. I want a life full of adventure. I want to feel I’m right in the middle of what God is doing and what He has called me to do.
